After graduating from college, I started a career in the magnetic field of electronics and telecommunications engineering. I began my professional career as a product development engineer for a telecom company. This job allowed me to deepen my technical knowledge and better understand the industry. I got to improve my communication skills and provide customers with fresh solutions during this time.
Later, I switched careers and worked as a project engineer at one company before moving into project management. I've benefited greatly from this shift in honing my leadership and project management abilities. Thanks to this experience, I learned and gained experience with essential topics like risk analysis, resource management, and project planning. Later, I gained research and development experience working on new projects at the state-owned Science and Technology Research Center. My prior experiences and project successes led me to take on my current position as project manager. My career has been shaped by my previous work experiences, where I held comparable positions in various companies. My background experiences before joining Qoolize have improved my capacity to handle obstacles in the business. At Qoolize, where I work as a project manager, I collaborate with my team to ensure projects succeed.
Please tell us about your role as a Project Manager in the company. What's a typical day like for you?
As a project manager, I oversee projects from start to finish and work closely with the project team. My typical workday consists of monitoring project developments, controlling risks, constantly contacting team members, and acting quickly when needed. In addition, I oversee the budget, decide on the project procedures, and guarantee that the projects are finished on schedule. Every project is different, and there may be a new daily difficulty.
I foster open communication to promote team member involvement and guarantee that everyone has a voice.
Communication is crucial in project management. How do you ensure everyone on the team is on the same page and collaborating effectively?
Collaboration and communication are essential to a project's success. I create regular channels of communication to ensure that all project stakeholders agree. It's critical to have regular meetings to discuss progress and hear opinions from the team. I foster open communication to promote team member involvement and guarantee that everyone has a voice. I also keep track of the project's development and anticipate any issues using a checklist and reporting system. This enables us to monitor the project's progress closely.
What's your secret to keeping VoIP and SMS projects running smoothly, even when deadlines are tight and unexpected issues arise?
Projects involving VoIP and SMS are frequently complex and have strict timelines. As a result, I employ a few techniques to maintain projects' smooth progress. I start by writing a thorough project plan. This plan defines all project phases in detail, allots resources, and identifies potential risks and their proactive resolutions. Second, it allows us to promptly address issues by providing regular updates and communication to the project team. Thirdly, we develop risk management plans and fix unforeseen problems quickly. The secret to project success is flexibility.
Having a successful business career requires having a happy personal life.
How do you strike a balance between work and life?
Keeping a healthy work-life balance is something I value. I can keep this balance because of my daily schedule and time management abilities. Spending time with my friends and family and hobbies outside of work are things I greatly appreciate. The weekends are the best times to unwind, recharge, and take a break from work. I can be happier and healthier at work and personal life when I keep this balance. However, having a successful business career requires having a happy personal life.
What do you suggest to those wanting to be a Project Manager?
I can emphasize the importance of project planning, communication improvement, and leadership development to those interested in a career in project management. Project management is a profession that necessitates organizational abilities, time management, and teamwork. It is also critical to stay current with industry developments and to prioritize continuous learning. Learning to be flexible and find creative solutions to problems will be an essential part of your career because of the variability and complexity of projects. As a project manager, it is critical to not only complete projects successfully but also to maximize the potential of your team.
How do you stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to keep your projects competitive in the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry?
The telecommunications industry is rapidly evolving and changing. I review industry news, conferences, and current technology to keep up with rapid changes. Every year, Qoolize attends technology conferences and has the opportunity to track local developments. I also network with other experts via professional networks. This ensures that our projects remain competitive and that our customers receive the most up-to-date technologies. Keeping up with and learning technology is critical, especially given the ever-changing communication channels.

What are your professional and personal aspirations, and how do you envision your future in the VoIP and SMS industry shaping your life?
My professional objectives include successfully managing more extensive and complex projects and growing my team. My team and I are hard at work on this, and we will be back with many new projects very soon. Among my objectives is to remain in the telecommunications industry and make a name for ourselves through our projects and accomplishments. I want to travel more and learn about new cultures outside of business. Traveling inspires me, and I enjoy exploring the world. The telecommunications industry has a bright future, and I plan to continue contributing to changes in this field.
What strategies or routines are in place for self-care and managing stress, especially when dealing with high-pressure projects?
Stress management is critical when working under duress. Regular exercise and the pursuit of my hobbies help me reduce stress. I also follow a pre-planned strategy to remain calm during high-pressure project moments. I take steps to solve problems and face events calmly, which helps me overcome numerous challenges. In addition, vacations and short breaks allow me to recharge and de-stress.
Can you share a philosophy or motto guiding your career and life outside work?
Discipline and passion are requirements for success in life and business. Approaching each project and each day's challenges enthusiastically will get you further. A disciplined work style will assist you in reaching your objectives. As a result, for me, combining passion and discipline is a philosophy that defines success.
Lastly, what's your favorite movie of all time?
My favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption. This movie deals deeply with the issues of overcoming the difficulties one faces in life and maintaining hope.
