There are many fun yet effective ways to keep the remote team spirit thriving while still getting things done, and these are some of my favorites:

Sure, Slack is great for project updates and “Can you check this?” messages, but it can also be a hub for building connections. By creating interest-based channels or clubs, you can turn it into the digital equivalent of a cozy coffee break. For example:
- Coffee connoisseurs club: Share latte art, debate the best brewing methods, or just post a picture of your trusty mug.
- Pet parade: Everyone loves a good puppy picture or a mischievous cat story – why not make it a daily dose of joy?
