Empowered by his background in electronics and communications engineering and over a decade of experience in telecoms having held a variety of roles across engineering and support, account management and sales, our CEO Fatih decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship in 2021, founding Qoolize. The business has come a long way since under his visionary leadership, and his ambition is reflected in the company’s many projects it has completed successfully. With his enthusiastic and down-to-earth approach, he has created a fun and supportive work environment where employees thrive.

With over a decade in telecoms, experience in roles across operations, support and customer relations, a degree in computer technology and programming and an MBA in Business, Ercan is a true all-rounder. He joined Qoolize as one of its very first employees, managing partner and member of the board back in 2021, and has been an integral part of our growth and decision-making process since. His expertise in financial processes is crucial to Qoolize’s success, and his calm demeanour and reassuring presence make him an indispensable asset and leader.

Metin joined Qoolize in early 2023 as a member of our board and has significantly shaped the way we work with carriers, partners and suppliers. The combination of his background in electronic and communication engineering as well as computer science and over a decade of telecoms experience in roles across marketing, product and sales makes him a force to be reckoned with. He’s a strategist with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and an essential member of our management team.

An electricity and electronics engineer with almost a decade of experience in telecoms. Recep has held a number of roles in network engineering and operations before joining Qoolize in October 2022 to head up Operations. He’s a creative thinker, and approaches any challenge thrown his way with his positive can-do attitude and a good dose of humour.

Tiffany started her career with the British army before moving into telecoms, and has spent the last 20+ years working in a variety of roles across operations, sales, marketing and strategy. In February 2025, she joined Qoolize to spearhead and scale our Global Internet division, leveraging her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry and its intricacies. Her ability to always see the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the details, and her deeply-rooted belief in the importance of the human element make her an excellent addition to our leadership team.
