Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom industry, preferably in A2P SMS, voice, or data services.
- Proven experience managing commercial and operational relationships with telecom operators.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)
- Manage and nurture existing operator partnerships to maximize collaboration and growth.
- Identify, initiate, and establish new operator agreements to support business expansion.
- Handle commercial and operational requests from operators, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and operator needs to develop strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as technical, sales, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze operator performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
