Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis
- Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and shift patterns
- Ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)
- Proactively monitor our networks, prioritizing alarms and incidents to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, ensuring optimal network performance
- In case of service outages, liaise with all relevant departments to undertake emergency fault diagnostics to resolution
- Capture and document events and technical interactions
- Provide second-line diagnostics and technical updates on incidents to other members of the service desk and senior management
- Identify areas of improvement within our processes and systems and help drive their implementation
- Meet KPI commitments
