Job requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience managing channel partners or distributors, preferably in the technology sector.  
  • Strong understanding of TSD (Technology Solutions Distributor) ecosystems, partner programs, and channel sales motions.  
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and deliver clear insights.  
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.  
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.  
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple programs.  
  • Familiarity with MDF management, co-marketing processes, and partner enablement.  
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to act as an escalation point.  

Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to) 

  • Manage and grow relationships with U.S. based TSD partners.  
  • Build and execute joint business plans for each distributor.  
  • Lead partner focused marketing initiatives, sales enablement efforts, and co-marketing activities.  
  • Implement training and enablement programs to increase partner sales capability.  
  • Track partner performance, pipeline activity, ROI, and engagement metrics.  
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of channel programs.  
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) investments and confirm proper usage.  
  • Identify opportunities to expand market reach through TSD partnerships.  
  • Ensure compliance with channel agreements and incentive programs.  
  • Serve as the main escalation point for TSD related operational issues and resolve challenges promptly.
