Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing or a related field
- Experience in the global messaging market or a similar industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of Arabic, Armenian, Romanian, Russian, or Ukrainian language is desired but not essential
Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)
- Research, contact and support in the onboarding of potential clients and partners
- Identify opportunities for growth within our existing client and partner base
- Contribute to strategic account planning to align client and company objectives
- Work closely with the development team to set and achieve growth goals, including both individual and team goals
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Help train and support team members in developing their skills
- Identify and proactively address potential challenges and issues
