Job requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar customer facing roles. 
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers. 
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive working style. 
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new products, tools, and processes. 
  • Team oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using CRM or internal sales tools. 
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, as you will be working with global teams and international customers. 

Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to) 

  • Qualify inbound customer and prospect requests to identify needs and potential opportunities. 
  • Acknowledge all lead and customer emails by the end of the business day, or the next business morning. 
  • Build and prepare offers based on customer needs using internal tools and pricing structures. 
  • Maintain high service standards in all communications with customers and prospects. 
  • Work closely with the procurement team to stay informed about provider updates and pricing changes. 
  • Stay up to date on product changes by regularly collaborating with the product team. 
  • Schedule timely follow ups for quotes, proposals, and pending orders. 
  • Share weekly sales activity updates and insights with managers. 
  • Participate in monthly sales review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
