Job Requirements:


  • A proven track record of building and developing sales processes, as well as having the ability to make the sale.

  • Proficiency in English language is a must.

  • Experience in developing business and sales strategies.

  • Master’s relevant technical and business processes.

  • Successful proposal, bid and tender writing experience.

  • Is experienced in managing and negotiating high value projects, technical projects and contracts and their terms and conditions.

  • A first-class communicator who is adept at selling solutions using a consultative approach.

  • Able to talk ‘tech’ without bamboozling people with jargon, and you always focus on adding value to the customer.

  • A natural problem solver, someone who assumes accountability and responsibility for their business

  • Understands the value of transparency and you ensure key stakeholders have full visibility of the sales pipelines and expected performance creating contingency plans to mitigate risks and shortfalls

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

  • Is target and success-oriented with a passion for achieving results

As a key player in our Business Development team, you will:

  • Drive Qoolize's growth by implementing our sales strategy to meet and exceed gross margin targets within the European region.

  • Leverage your business development expertise to cultivate relationships with potential clients, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Stay abreast of market trends to devise offers that boost company margins and manage Local, Regional, and Global accounts innovatively.

  • Target new business in various sectors, including Carrier, MSPs, CSPs, SASE, SDWAN, IX, and XaaS.

  • Collaborate with Carrier Enterprise units and partners to initiate sell-with and sell-through sales strategies.

  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting meticulously to ensure transparency and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Promote Qoolize's brand and enhance our market presence by attending and participating in industry events.
