  • 250g lamb or veal kidney, cored and diced

  • One large onion, chopped

  • Two cloves of garlic, minced

  • Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour

  • 300ml beef stock

  • Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 500g ready-made puff pastry

  • One egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  2. Sprinkle the flour over the ingredients and stir well to coat.

  3. Add the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce—season with salt and pepper.
