Experience:



  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Pricing Analyst / Procurement support / Sales support specialist or Sales support associate

  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Teamwork and motivational skills

  •  BA degree or Economics degree in relevant field a plus

  • Proficiency in English language is a must.

As a key player in our Business Development team, you will:


Sales Strategy and Growth:

  • Support the execution of Qoolize’s sales strategy to drive growth.

  • Manage sales opportunities and achieve business growth and gross margin targets in appointed regions.


Customer Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide assistance for customer requests, orders, account statuses, and related issues.


Pricing and Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer requests using pricing tools.

  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to provide necessary data and guidance to the sales team.


Sales Tracking and Reporting:

  • Manage sales tracking tools and report important information regarding customer requests and pricing tasks.

  • Keep records of sales trends and analyze them.


Strategy Development:

  • Work with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to develop specific sales strategies.

  • Stay updated on new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is informed.


Customer Orders and Documentation:

  • Process and review customer orders and specific requests to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Review customer documentation and engage necessary departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience.


Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.

  • Compare sales trends from previous periods.

  • Monitor the supply and demand of Qoolize’s services closely.


Reporting and Communication:

  • Create and present reports.

  • Address any pricing concerns and communicate pricing changes effectively.
