Your Role
• In this position, your role will support enhancing organizational efficiency, overseeing talent management, and driving change management initiatives. You'll be guiding employees and managers on important personnel matters, playing a role at both the practical and strategic levels. • Your responsibilities encompass maintaining and implementing policies and systems and supervising HR procedures, processes, and strategies. This involves leading the HR Services and payroll team, managing recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding, ensuring workplace safety, overseeing employee benefits and payroll, and handling interactions with the works council.
• You'll support and oversee initiatives and projects related to people and capabilities. These encompass workforce planning, talent rotation, employee engagement, and learning and development.
• Your involvement will support the execution of strategies that reinforce the company's culture and values through people and capability initiatives. You will identify differentiators in the market and introduce local programs to retain current employees, attract highly skilled candidates in a competitive landscape, and establish Qoolize as a top-tier workplace. This includes executing communication and engagement efforts for employees through various channels.
• Regular analysis of employee and candidate metrics, such as growth, engagement, and attrition, will be part of your role. Based on discernible trends, you'll provide recommendations to enhance these areas.
• You'll handle employee relations by guiding employees and managers in resolving issues aligned with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Participation in strategic planning and leadership meetings within departments will be expected, ensuring alignment between the people-oriented agenda and operational execution.
Your Professional Background
• You possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, and a remarkable track record of over three years in the field, marked by international experience.
• Your ability to navigate within a matrix organizational structure is noteworthy.
• Your career is distinguished by successfully implementing diverse HR initiatives and overseeing performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and change management services.
• Your talent for building strong relationships with business leaders has positioned you as a trusted advisor.
• Your analytical skills are evident in your capacity to gather and synthesize substantial data, translating them into meaningful insights and recommendations based on data trends.
