Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in global internet sales with a proven track record of achieving business growth
- Experience working within the global network infrastructure industry
- Experience in developing business and sales strategies in European markets
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent service orientation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in customer interactions and reporting
- Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus
Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth in Europe
- Actively source and engage new clients, identifying opportunities that align with Qoolize’s product offerings
- Schedule timely follow-ups for quotes and orders, ensuring seamless sales process and maximum conversion rates
- Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on service developments, ensuring accurate and relevant client communication
- Research potential clients to understand their business needs and effectively position Qoolize’s solutions as the best fit
- Handle complex customer inquiries, objections, and challenges, providing product demonstrations and detailed reports as needed
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to strengthen Qoolize’s presence in the European market
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets, driving strong conversion outcomes
